Transform your Anxiety, Anger and Overwhelm through the
Embodiment of your Executive Functioning
Do you have thousands of pictures of your kids on your phone, but don't feel a real true connection?
Are you feeling guilty and worried about yelling at your kids to get them to listen to you?
Are you fed up with your kids not respecting and cooperating?
Every parent loves their child, but not every parent acts in loving ways.
The Executive Parenting Process is a process that supports you to transform your anger, anxiety, and overwhelm through the embodiment of your executive functioning.
Executive functioning is a set of cognitive process that allow you to achieve goals by regulating thoughts, emotions and actions. They are the skills that make us human: empathy, non-judgment, adaptability, flexibility, impulse control, and metacognition just to name a few. These skills are the very same skills conscious executives and leaders bring to their teams...and yet, very few of us have been taught these skills.
These skills have been considered ‘soft skills’ and have not been objective and tangible to previous generations. Neuroscience and quantum physics has become more available and this generation of parents is more aware of the skills our children need to be successful in life while navigating the complexity and ambiguity of rapid change. Therefore, how to teach these executive functioning skills to your children?
Through learning them yourself.
You cannot teach what you do not know.

Success Stories:
"When I started my journey with Micheline nine months ago, I wasn’t really sure if I was going to be able to make any of these changes. And now, I can say that she was probably one of the greatest things that’s ever happened to me in my whole life!!
I had hit a rock bottom place in my life where I cried for about 72 hours, and I knew I needed to get some major changes done to myself. I just had no idea how to do it. So my friend introduced me to her and told me to try her out.The journey was hard. It was a lot of work to become where I am. There were some highs, and some lows, but all in all, I’m glad I stuck through it and I think it was one of the greatest things I’ve ever done for myself! Micheline is incredible, and the work that she does is phenomenal, trust the process, trust yourself, it will work!"
“My life was chaotic and kind of out of control. Then taking Micheline's course I now know and can change how my emotions are effecting my kids. My kids and I connect more easily, they trust me more and we are all a lot happier. I am so thankful! "
"Prior to this Parenting Course, my parenting felt disorganized, passive, and sometimes chaotic with minimal boundaries. I was feeling shame and low self-esteem about my abilities. Once in Micheline’s course, I found her work to be so profound and thought-provoking that it opened my mind and heart to a world of inner strength I did not know existed. This course guided me through the process of becoming present and mindful of myself in order to become a more authentic and connected parent. I learned the skills to fully engage and coach my children with love, empathy, respect, and healthy boundaries. I cannot recommend this course enough!"
